Kartarpur Corridor is located in Shakargarh Tehsil of Narowal District. Kartarpur is a holy place for the Sikh religion. The Sikh pilgrimages came from all over the world to visit Kartarpur for their religious activities. The Kartarpur Corridor is a visa-free border crossing and religious corridor, connecting the Gurdwara Darbar Sahib in Pakistan to the border with India. The Sikhs from Indian Punjab annually visit this Gurdwara Darbar Sahib located at Kartarpur Corridor inside Pakistan. The crossing allows devotees from India to visit the gurdwara in Kartarpur. It is 4.7 kilometers from the India–Pakistan border on the Pakistani side without a visa.
