The Total Number of Seats allocated for the Kashmiri Refugees settled in Pakistan in the Azad Jammu & Kashmir Assembly is 12. This Council consisted of 12 members elected by the people of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, whereas 12 members were elected by the refugees of Jammu and Kashmir State settled in Pakistan.
